The questions every planner asks.
Live on-site activations typically need 4–6 weeks. Pre-branded gift kits ship in 2–3 weeks once artwork is approved. Tighter timelines are sometimes possible — reach out and we'll tell you honestly.
We service the continental U.S. directly from our Arizona workshop. International events are handled case-by-case; travel and freight are quoted as a separate line item.
Craftsman labor on site, the branding rig and irons, your custom-cut brand die, and the leather goods themselves. Travel and lodging are billed separately at cost. Sales tax where applicable.
Most flat-surface goods in our catalog: card wallets, coasters, luggage tags, journal covers, valet trays, and key fobs. We'll recommend the right product for your venue, throughput, and budget.
Roughly 60–90 stamps per hour per station, depending on product and design complexity. For larger events we staff multiple stations to keep the line short.
Both. We'll cut a custom brand die from your logo (one-time setup) and can add a guest's initials or name alongside it on the same piece.
Yes. Common for hybrid teams or remote field marketing. We can also combine the two — live for the in-room audience, shipped kits for everyone else.
