Every piece is made to order in the Arizona workshop. Nothing is pulled off a shelf.
On the bench
Cut, stitched, and personalized by hand. Standard production is 3–5 business days — 7–10 during busy seasons.
On its way
It ships at the speed you chose at checkout — ground, 2-day, or next-day once it leaves the bench.
Plan ahead
Order 2–3 weeks before major holidays. The Christmas cutoff for customized orders is posted on every product page.

Unpersonalized pieces can come back within 5 days of delivery — unused, in new condition, and in the original packaging. Because everything is made to order, a 15% restocking fee comes out of the refund.

Once your mark is burned into a hide, that hide is yours — we can't resell it, so personalized and final-sale pieces can't be returned or exchanged. But two promises hold:

Open the returns portal within 5 days of delivery. Return shipping isn't covered, but discounted labels are available.
Unused, in new condition, and in the original Lifetime Leather packaging — that part matters.
Once received and inspected, your refund is issued minus the 15% restocking fee. Exchanging? We hold your replacement while the original travels.
Cancellations
Non-personalized orders cancel free, any time before they ship. Personalized items can't be cancelled once your mark hits the leather.
Lost or undeliverable
Once USPS marks it "Accepted" we can't be liable for non-delivery or theft, and we can't refund items lost in the mail system — but reach out and we'll help you file a missing-package claim. Undeliverable packages returned to us: buyer covers reshipping. Signature delivery available on request.
